Driving Directions
Our Sherman Way campus sits on Woodside Road between Alameda de las Pulgas and El Camino Real, two blocks south of Sequoia Hospital and within easy reach of US-101, I-280, and CA-84.
- From US-101 (north or south): Exit Woodside Road / CA-84 west, follow signs toward Emerald Hills, WMT is on the left after Alameda de las Pulgas.
- From I-280: Exit Woodside Road east toward Redwood City, follow Woodside Road three miles, WMT is on the right after the Bayhill Shopping Center.
- From San Francisco: US-101 south, allow 45 minutes from SoMa during off-peak hours.
- From San Jose / South Bay: US-101 north, exit Woodside Road, 35 to 50 minutes from Santana Row.
- Public transit: Caltrain Redwood City station is a 12-minute SamTrans bus ride (Route 296) from our campus.
Free visitor parking is available on the south side of the campus. Family members visiting during weekend hours can use overflow parking adjacent to the Sequoia Hospital medical office building.
Our Service Area
Most WMT residents come from within 25 miles of the campus — Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, San Mateo, Foster City, Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, Mountain View, Half Moon Bay, and Pacifica. We also routinely admit residents from greater San Francisco, the South Bay, the East Bay, and Santa Cruz County. Telehealth IOP extends our outpatient programming to anywhere with a reliable connection in Northern California.
